IP-FD.net provides IP address information, networking tools, and a REST API for querying IP, ASN, and domain data. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.
User Accounts
You may create an account to access additional features such as API keys and support tickets. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
• Scrape or bulk-download data beyond the API rate limits
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to overwhelm or degrade the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

API Usage
The API is provided free of charge with the following limits:
• Anonymous: 100 requests per minute
• Authenticated (API key): 500 requests per minute
Exceeding these limits may result in temporary rate limiting or account suspension. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time.

Data Accuracy
IP geolocation and WHOIS data is sourced from Regional Internet Registries and may not be 100% accurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. The data should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions.
Intellectual Property
The IP-FD.net website, branding, and original code are our intellectual property. The underlying IP registration data is sourced from public RIR databases and is subject to the respective RIR's terms of use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IP-FD.net and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time via the Dashboard.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
